These Terms govern all use of j9bd. By registering or using j9bd, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read carefully before playing.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j9bd ("j9bd", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the j9bd website, platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features. Please read these Terms carefully before you register or use j9bd in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use j9bd.
These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users who access j9bd from anywhere in Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. By accessing j9bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both incorporated herein by reference.
IMPORTANT: j9bd is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Individuals under 21 must not access, register, or use j9bd under any circumstances. Gambling involves real money and real financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

⚖️ One Account Rule
Each player may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
🔒 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. j9bd will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
💸 BDT Payments
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka with zero conversion fees. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major local banks.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
Fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, and use of automated tools are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing j9bd, registering an account, or using any j9bd service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you access j9bd on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that such party also meets all eligibility requirements stated herein.
j9bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of j9bd following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you must stop using j9bd immediately and, if applicable, close your account.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use j9bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. j9bd is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing j9bd of your own free will and solely for your own personal entertainment. Using j9bd on behalf of another person for gambling purposes is prohibited.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from j9bd or any other gambling platform, and you must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.
Account Registration
To access j9bd's full range of services, you must register a single account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password. j9bd may subsequently request identity or age verification documents in accordance with our KYC procedures. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each player is permitted one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
- All registration information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
- Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party. j9bd accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
- j9bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- j9bd accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.
j9bd processes all registrations in Bangladeshi Taka and does not require an international credit card or foreign bank account at any stage. Players from all eight divisions of Bangladesh may register subject to meeting the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
Deposits and Withdrawals
j9bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with zero currency conversion fees. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the j9bd payment page at the time of the transaction. j9bd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. The following rules apply:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and are shown on the payment page at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your j9bd balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. j9bd may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
- j9bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of a KYC review, particularly for accounts with large or unusual transaction patterns.
- Deposits linked to fraudulent activity — including payment chargebacks or use of another person's payment method without authorisation — will result in immediate account suspension.
j9bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own charges. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.
Bonuses and Promotions
j9bd offers bonus offers and promotional campaigns to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions timed to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:
- Every bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each offer's terms page.
- j9bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active bonus will not affect a wagering requirement already in progress for a player who has already claimed the offer.
- Bonus funds and free spins are non-transferable and may only be used on j9bd. They have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for real money except through completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
- Players who misuse bonus offers — including bonus farming, arbitrage betting, or placing opposing bets to clear a wagering requirement with minimal risk — may have their bonus and any associated winnings voided.
- j9bd reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility for specific players at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual wagering patterns are detected or an account is under review.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j9bd. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud, including using stolen payment methods, conducting chargebacks after funds have been used for gambling, or providing false identity documents.
- Money laundering or using j9bd to process funds derived from illegal activities.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit sports betting markets.
- Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with j9bd's platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
- Accessing j9bd while subject to a self-exclusion order, or opening a new account after having been permanently excluded from the platform.
j9bd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, j9bd may freeze account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an internal investigation before determining an appropriate course of action. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right of appeal against the forfeiture of account balances.
Responsible Gaming
j9bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge:
- Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account at any time via account settings.
- Session time reminders: set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play so you remain aware of time spent gaming.
- Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-exclusion: permanently close your account and request that j9bd blocks you from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible once confirmed.

Intellectual Property
All content on j9bd — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of j9bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content from j9bd without the prior written consent of j9bd or the relevant rights holder.
j9bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use j9bd solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any portion of j9bd's platform without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j9bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, j9bd's platform or services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data, account access interruptions, or platform downtime caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond j9bd's reasonable control.
- Financial losses arising from sports betting or casino gaming outcomes. j9bd makes no guarantee of winnings, and gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.
- Any action taken by j9bd in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or closure for breach of Terms.
- Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials confidential or by sharing account access with any third party.
Privacy and Data Protection
j9bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using j9bd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. j9bd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. j9bd does not sell personal data to third parties. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
Account Termination and Suspension
j9bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from j9bd.
- At your own request. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j9bd support at [email protected]. On closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks.
Changes to These Terms
j9bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j9bd will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. In some cases j9bd may provide additional notice by displaying a prominent message on the platform or sending a notification to your registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of j9bd after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using j9bd. Where an update materially and adversely affects your existing rights, you may request voluntary account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance within 30 days of the update without penalty.
